About this coffee
Chocolate & blackberry flavours with a creamy & smooth complexity
This year’s Yirgacheffe comes to us from the Sede mill, situated just south of Yirgacheffe in the small village of Sede. It is a washed Grade 1 coffee selected by Heath during his sourcing trip to Ethiopia at the beginning of the year. This is the first time we have had coffee from the Sede mill and it delivers all the classic Yirgacheffe flavours you would expect like jasmine and apricot but also rounds things out nicely with creamy milk chocolate and sweet berry notes.

About this coffee
Flavours of caramel & hazelnut with a buttery & nutty complexity
Our Bob-o-link coffees are blended lots created under the guidance of our friends at Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza. The Croce family at F.A.F. are a model example of the new breed of coffee farmers in Brazil. In a country known for quantity over quality, monoculture farm practices, FAF is proving year after year that a quality driven, low volume approach with a focus on the environment and farm health is a sustainable and profitable business model. They have been sharing this vision with surrounding smallholders for some years now and use the Bob-o-link banner as a vehicle for getting their associate farms’ coffee a wider and appreciative audience.
