About this coffee

Popping with berry notes and tart cranberry zestiness.

El Chiverre lies amongst the slopes of Cordillera Volcanica, located in Costa Rica’s Central Valley coffee growing region. It is a 3rd generation family farm run by Magali and Alexander Delgado, who look after all aspects of farm operations. This particular lot has been processed using El Chiverre’s white honey process. This helps give the coffee it’s deep and complex fruit profile. Popping with berry notes and tart cranberry zestiness, accentuated by a silky smooth body and a malted cocoa finish.
