About this coffee

Coffees from San Sebastian are a regular on our menu and this year we have brought back a favourite.

San Sebastian is one of 50-odd farms that can legitimately claim the appellation of Antigua and boasts a heritage that stretches back to 1890. It is currently in the hands of the 4th generation of the founding family, the Fallas, who live and work on the farm every day. The farm spans 450 ha and enjoys a spectacular setting on the slopes of the Acatenango volcano. Coffees from San Sebastian are a regular on our menu and this year we have brought back a favourite, the naturally processed Pacamara which is wild in its flavour with big tropical fruit notes and a perfumed cocoa finish.
